Sublimation is the process of customizing the actual fabric the uniform is made from. The high-quality polyester fabric is embedded during the sublimation process by special ink heated to the point of becoming a gas that infiltrates the polyester substrate and becomes part of the fabric. The process is 4 color, meaning that your cost of production isn't determined by how many colors you choose for your images -- be as colorful as you like for your team's image.
Since sublimation imaging is more like dying the fabric than printing on top of it, the uniform is considerably more comfortable. No more players complaining that their uniform itches when they sweat, and no more numbers peeling off after the several seasons. The image wears off when the fabric gets holes in it, not before.
Your individualized uniforms are available in screen printing, tackletwill, or sublimation and in several styles for your team:
- Custom Striker Soccer Jersey and Shorts (0-7500/7720) are cut full for maximum flexibility. There is a contrasting color pattern sublimated under the arm of the full cut jersy and on the matching shorts.
- Custom Soccer Jersey and Shorts (1-3500/3720) have diagonally sewn in color sides in the full cut jersey. Vee or round neck styles have no extra charge. The full cut shorts have matching sublimated side inserts for player's comfort and an elastic/inside drawstring waistband. The 6" inseam can be lengthened for an additional cost.
- Custom Striker Jersey (2-3500ZX) is available in sublimation only with a unique pattern design. The full cut v-neck pullover jersey has hemmed 1/4 sleeves.
- Custom Striker Soccer Shorts (15-3700) are full cut with an elastic/inside drawstring waistband. They have an optional constrasting color side insert with v-notch and an inseam of 6". Longer inseam lengths are available at an additional cost.
- Custom Reversible Practice Jersey (24-3100) is a full cut tank style perfect for setting up practice games and comfortable for hard workouts.
- Custom Spartan Soccer Warm-Up Jacket (25-1810) is lined with micro mesh and has 2 hidden side seam pockets. The pullover v-neck jacket is a practical addition to your team's wardrobe.
